Kabul (BNA) Deputy minister of finance and administrative for foreign affairs Dr. Nasir Ahmad Andisha received in Herat’s Torghundi port, the Turkmen deputy for council of ministers Rashid Mardov and foreign affairs minister, leading a high-ranking delegation have paid visit to Afghanistan. The visit of the Turkmen deputy for council of ministers and foreign affairs minister to Afghanistan aimed at strengthening and further expansion of friendly relations between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan and holding meetings with local officials of Herat, Farah, Badghis and Faryab provinces.
