Kabul (BNA) The fact finding mission of interior ministry visited Herat prison recently and presented its report to the president yesterday. Presenting the report to the president; while officials from the interior ministry and attorney general office were present, also forwarded proposal of improving the condition of the prisoners in the jail. After hearing the report, the president besides stressing for halting illegal contact of the prisoners outside the prison said that the jails should not be changed into center of criminal activities. In addition to instructing concerned entities to improve jail conditions in the country noted, “those who have killed our security personnel won’t be pardoned.”
