Kabul (BNA) A number of elders and influential figures of Nangarhar’s Mohmand and Shinwar called on Sarwar Danesh, Second Vice-President here in Kabul yesterday.
In the meeting, the elders shared demands of the people of the respective province with the Vice-President, considering modification in administrative units in relevant areas in consideration to population as their key demand and while stressing on fair participation of tribes in the government structures both in capital and provinces asked the government for full consideration in this regard.
They also for consideration of relevant organs addressing and assistance to those families displaced from their residential Kabul. The Second Vice-President considered demands of Nangarhar’s Mohmand and Shinwar tribes as their rights, saying that the National Unity Government would address and pay consideration to implementation of demands of the people across the country. Danesh assured Nangarhar elders that government’s relevant organs would address all demands and suggestions made by them in the meeting.
