Kabul (BNA) Attorney General Office (AGO) in a statement yesterday informed of starting complete, transparent and impartial investigations in connection with recent Shiberghan incident.
“Based on complaint of the victim’s case and according to press release issued by government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on Dec 13, AGO has started overall, impartially and transparent investigations related to recent Jawzjan incident and will be followed with full precision, the statement said, asserting that any comments in advance would challenge the judicial process. Meanwhile, the statement further said that the case would be addressed with full impartiality and independence and legal rights of those accused and suspected would be also observed.
