Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani heard works report of governors of Nooristan, Khost and Logar provinces, BNA reported. In the meeting held separately with governors of the respective provinces with participation of IDLG chairman Abdul Matin Bek, governor of Nooristan Hafiz Abdul Qayoum, governor of Khost Mohammad Halim Fedayee and governor of Logar Anwar Khan Ishaqzai by briefing works report of their provinces in connection with implementation of projects and programs shared demands and suggestions of the people of their provinces with the President.
After hearing works report of governors of the respective provinces, the country’s President by reviewing economic condition of the provinces said the first work which should be done was to allocate budget and resources for implementation of projects in the provinces. President Ghani added that for prioritization of budget and resources, it was necessary that the presidential office should have vision of provincial governors. The country’s President also heard vision and suggestion of the governors particularly in connection with maintaining security and stability as well as social issues and instructed for delivering better services to the people and implementation of development projects in the respective provinces.
