UNICEF to Fund 20 New School Projects, Promising a Brighter Future for Students

 

KABUL(BNA): With the unveiling of plans to construct and renovate twenty school buildings in Oruzgan, a wave of optimism sweeps through the region. Thousands of students eagerly anticipate gaining access to modern, well equipped classrooms, paving the way for a brighter future.

Plans are underway to construct new buildings for thirteen schools and renovate seven others. This comprehensive initiative reflects a commitment to providing students with modern learning environments, ensuring that every child has access to quality education.

Noteworthy, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is generously funding the construction and renovation of these school buildings in Oruzgan.

On the other hand, Dr. Fawad, Provincial head of UNICEF, in a meeting with Mawlawi Mawladad Hassan, the Head of Economy of the province assured that construction of 20 schools in Oruzgan will finish this year, promising better learning environments for students.

Additionally, UNICEF pledged to assign teachers at these twenty schools in Oruzgan hold at least a bachelor’s degree level of education.

The students eagerly anticipate the construction of new classrooms, expressing satisfaction at the prospect of improved education quality. With access to suitable classroom spaces on the horizon, they envision a brighter future filled with opportunities for growth and learning.
