Kabul (BNA) Chaired by chief executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the council of ministers’ session was held yesterday at Sapidar palace.
In the session attended by ministers and independent organs’ officials, a range of national and regional issues were discussed.
In his opening speech, the country’s chief executive said that the enemies of the country and people continued their crimes against the people of Afghanistan during the holy month of Ramadan and acted against all Islamic and human values. He said that the Afghan delegation would participate in Warsaw conference to be held next month in Poland where the delegation would talk related to implementation of government commitments in counter corruption and absorption of the international assistance.
Dr. Abdullah considered Warsaw conference as an opportunity and key for future of Afghanistan and the Afghan delegation would gain the international support for supporting, funding, equipping the Afghan national security forces, counter narcotics and institutionalization of democracy. The country’s chief executive asserted that the international community was committed to continued cooperation with Afghanistan.
