Kabul (BNA) First vice-president Marshal Mohammad Qaseem Fahim met with the elders and influential of Jabul Seraj district of Parwan province yesterday.
Present at the meeting were also deputy minister of energy and water and some members of the provincial council of Parwan.
An elder shared the problems of the people with Marshal Fahim and asked for completion of remaining work of Jabul Seraj power factory, rehabilitation of Jabul Seraj Arg and upgrading the health clinic there into a hospital as the people of the area are facing problems due to non-existence of hospital.
The head of the Jabul Seraj power plant explained the technical problems of this plant and said that almost 70% of the work on this plant has been completed by the PRT and the remaining 30% need to be done.
Marshal Fahim instructed the ministry of energy and water to assess the problems in the plant and undertake immediate measures for its completion.
He also instructed the ministry of public health so that based on the needs of the people consider upgrading the health clinic to the hospital.
