Mine Blast Wounds Seventeen Civilians

Charikar (BNA) Seventeen civilians were wounded in explosion of a mine planted in a vehicle in Parwan province this morning.
Mohammad Saleem spokesman of Parwan security directorate said BNA, the mine was placed in a local police vehicle of that province in a crowded area of Charikar city, which caused wounding of 17 civilians.
According to the source, children are among the wounded, but there were no police in the vehicle.
Khalil Tarhangi the head of civil hospital of Charikar city said that the health condition of 10 injured persons are critical.  T. Suraya-Yarzada
