Kandahar (BNA) Ten armed Taliban were killed in an operation of security forces in the outskirts of Maiwand and Meyaneshein districts of Kandahar province.
Lt. Mohsen Sultani press in charge of Atal 205 army crops stationed in that province told BNA, numerous of weapons were also seized by security forces in the operation.
According to the source, the operation was launched for clearing of the mentioned districts from presence of insurgents and will continue till inhalation of Taliban from parts of the two districts.
