Kabul (BNA) On behalf of Foreign Affairs Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Zarar Ahmad Osmani, a congratulatory message has been delivered to His Excellency Jamal Abdullah Yahya Al-Salal, Foreign Affairs Minister of Yemen on the occasion of his appointment as the country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs as follows:
