Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai praised the bravery and sacrifice of Eitezaz Hassan that by sacrificing his life foiled a suicide attack. Presidential press office stated BNA; reports indicate that a student by the name of Eitezaz Hassan on Monday by stopping of a suicide attacker in Ango area of Khyber Pashtunwhwah lost his life.
This brave student by standing against the suicide bomber saved the lives of over 2000 students in Ibrahimzai School.
Hamid Karzai while appreciating this brave act of the student, said terrorism is the common threat to the people of Afghanistan and Pakistan which victimize the residents of the two sides of Durand Line.
President Karzai attributed terrorism and violence in this region a means for dragging the people to darkness and backwardness and called struggle against it the religious and human duty of the peoples and the governments of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Hamid Karzai by recalling the bravery and sacrifices of Jan Ali a police officer and some other brave patriots of Afghanistan said that Afghanistan also has very strong and brave youths who have sacrificed their lives by stopping the terrorists’ attacks and this way they could secure and save the lives of many people in Afghanistan as well.
