Kabul (BNA) After a series of challenges, the problems on Balkh province solved and the new governor was introduced, Chief Excutive Office said in a statement on Friday.
Over the last fifteen years, Atta Mohammad Noor was Balkh governor, during which the province witnessed visible changes in different sectors, according to the statement.
Hereby, lauding Mr, Noori’s efforts on ensuring Balkh security and the province’s progress in different fields, the statement wished him success in his next activities as well, the statement added.
“I also wish success to the new leadership of Balkh particularly Mr. Ishaq Rahgozar and we ask the province’s people to cooperate with him in ensuring security and stability,” the statement quoted the CE as saying.
