Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai issued the Law on Money Laundering and Income arising out of crimes the other day.
Based on clause 16 article 64 of the constitution of Afghanistan the Law on Money Laundering and income arising out of crimes passed by Wolesi Jirga and Meshrano Jirga respectively, I issue it.
Prepared in eight chapters and 70 articles, the law is effective with forthwith and published on official gazette.
