Committee On Laws Confirms Draft On Reporting Cash Transaction, Currency In Customs

Kabul (BNA) The Committee on Laws in its 8th meeting with Second Vice-President Sarwar Danesh on the chair held yesterday approved the draft for control and reporting on cash transaction, currency and documents used in transaction without name in the customs as well as the draft for the salaries of government officials were reviewed, Presidential press office reported BNA. Describing the law as very important, the Vice-President Danesh said that lack of such rule in the past had paved the way for misusing of power. 
The Vice-President added, “I am hopeful that with approving the law and its implementation the misuse of power would be checked.”  And the law after reviewing and examination was approved. With regard to the salaries of government officials, the vice president said that to ensure justice, the plan for the salaries of the government officials should be thoroughly reviewed. After lengthy discussion it was decided that a commission composed of representatives of concerned departments to comprehensively review the draft and present its final viewpoint in the next meeting.
