Herat Youth, Civil Society Activists Support Advisory Jirga

Kabul (BNA)  Advisor to the Country’s National Security, Dr. Hamdullah Mohib, during the last day of his trip to the western province of Herat, met with a number of youth and civil society activists and discussed peace, security and other related issues, according to a statement from the NSA office, Monday.
According to the statement, issues related to growing kidnapping and terror have also been discussed at the meeting and the participants asked the government to pay attention in this field.
Thanking the youths and the civil society activists for their support to the government plans including the holding of the Advisory Loya Jirga, the National Security Advisor, Dr. Hamdullah Mohib assured them to assign a special squad to overcome the threats of organize crimes, terror, murder and kidnapping in the province, said the statement.
“We will never return back and will never allow the country’s several decade’s achievements victimized,” the advisor assured, as quoted by the statement.
He said whoever want to insecure the country, would be treated as a terrorist and that Afghanistan wanted a grand regional consensus for the country’s stability, the statement said.
