Kabul (BNA) Eight Taliban militants were killed during clearing operations led by Afghan National Army.
Ministry of Defense press office spokesman in a statement stated BNA, the operations launched in various parts of Khoshamand district of Paktika, Chardara district of Kunduz, Khogyani district of Nangarhar and Mosahi district of Kabul province, as a result eight Taliban insurgents were killed,12 others including Safiullah known as Khalid a top notorious commander of them wounded and eight others including two mine planters along with some weapons and war equipment have been arrested.
Ministry of Defense confirmed the martyrdom of an Afghan National Army soldier during the recent operations.
