Bagrami District Elders Share Problems With Khalili

Kabul (BNA) Tens of elders and influential of Bagrami district of Kabul province met with Mohammad Karim Khalili second vice president and shared their problems with him.
While, Nazar Mohammad Ishaqzai minister advisor of presidential office in tribal affairs was also present at the meeting the elders shared their problems including security issues with Khalili.
Representing the Kamari village Bagrami district of Kabul province complained over usurpation of land by the powerful and land mafia and by preparing forged documents they want to sell the usurped land to others.
They also stated that in case the elders did not take action, this could lead to irregularities and even skirmishes among the people in the area.
They also complained over inattention of the local government authority in the district and they asked for change in the local structures there.
The elders also asked for provision of electricity in Kamari area and asked the leadership of the government to address this problem.
At the meeting some elders form Deh Sabz district were also present who also complained over usurpation of public land by the powerful and over non-cooperation of the local authorities in their area.
Khalili expressing pleasure over meeting with the elders of Bagrami and Deh Sabz districts expressed concern over the increased number of the land mafia and assured them that their problems will be taken up at the security meeting and in the cabinet meeting and those problems will be seriously followed up.
