Kabul (BNA) Afghan security forces were appreciated yesterday in a ceremony held in Ghor province with participation of acting governor of the province Sayeed Anwar Rahmati, head and members of provincial council, local government officials and high-ranking military officials. Acting governor of Ghor and a number of local government officials by wearing military uniforms appreciated the position of security forces. Rahmati while delivering speech in the ceremony congratulated holding the ceremony to security forces and asked them to further work for maintaining security and bravely fight against enemies’ any kind of plots. He expressed hope the country’s security forces could play vital role in defending the country independently. In the ceremony, chief of Ghor provincial council also praised security forces for their bravery, saying that as Ghor is not in proper geographic location, but security forces in the province are able to maintain security in a better way. The ceremony ended by distributing appreciation letters and granting flower bouquets to security forces.
