Laws Committee Confirms Bill on How to Achieve Rights

Kabul (BNA) Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh chairing the law committee meeting, called the laws on how to achieve the rights and support the amortization very significant, BNA reported the other day.
He lauded the efforts made by the ministry of justice and other related administrations for providing and arrangement of the draft laws.
He said an administration by the name of Rights Administration had been established within the ministry of Interior in 1940 and within the ministry of justice in 1964, to investigate the rights pleas in the center and provinces of the country.
In 1987, the laws are reinvestigated after nearly 30 years, said the vice-president adding the main aim of the laws was to fully preview the cases before referring the court.
The committee after hearing the members’ opinions on the law, instructed the ministry of justice to fully assess the vision and lodge them into the law draft for approval.
The law on supporting the amortization was also discussed at the meeting, with the committee tasked some related organs including representatives from the ministries of justice, finance, commerce and industries, economy, local organs administration, chamber of commerce and industries to assess the law and discuss at the next meeting of the committee.
