Kabul (BNA) At a gathering held at conferences hall of higher education ministry its leading body and chairmen of legislative commissions of House of people and senate had taken part.
The gathering was addressed by acting minister of higher education considering the constitution as the mother of laws.
At another gathering at the National defense Ministry General Humanyun Fauzi deputy minister of defense, General Amenullah Nooristani, head of legal department.
Farouq Faker head of the commission for supervising implementation of the Constitution, Mohammad Sedeeq Afghan Philosopher and Mathematician of the country and General Abdul Majid Nayeb spoke on the need for constitution and its role in consolidating rule of law and welfare in the country.
Also at meetings at six districts of Logar province the speakers reiterated on the need for preservation of rule of law and institutionalization of law in the society and the need for serious actions against those breaking the laws.
They also expressed their commitments in respecting the Constitution of the country.
