Kabul (BNA) 7 armed oppositions were killed during several clearing operations led by Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) in the past 24 hours across the country.
Ministry of Interior press office spokesperson said BNA, the operations were launched in relevant areas of Nangarhar, Uruzgan, Logar, Ghazni and Khost province, as a result seven Taliban militants were killed, three wounded and four others arrested.
Some heavy and light weapons and ammunitions have been seized during the operation by Afghan security forces.
Likewise, Afghan police forces discovered and defused 5 rounds of mines placed by Taliban militants for terrorist activities in different parts of the country.
