Kabul (BNA)   Hamid Karzai the president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in an interview with CNN television network, describing the main points of political developments and the prospects of peace in the country made it clear that Afghan people were jointly heading toward security self- sufficiency and wouldn’t like to be dependent to international community for a long time
BNA state owned news agency political analyst writes: Afghanistan is on the way of great and fundamental changes. The country is experiencing accepting security responsibilities and defending independently. In addition to that it is getting ready for 1393 during which presidential elections would be held and the process of foreign forces withdrawal to be completed. Heading toward such great changes, welcomed with both optimism and pessimism. Withdrawal program of international forces from the country has been the most controversial issue in the political life of the country. There are concerns on that regard and also somewhat affected some political circles inside the country. But the words, expressed by the president in his interview with CNN ended the concerns and ambiguities.
The president clearly said, “I deeply comprehend the situation but I have no any concern and fear because the Afghans will ensure security in their country and we cannot be depended to international community forever.”  The president considering the present capabilities of security forces and programs for their future has expressed the above words.
The security forces of the country, passing each day, become more organized, equipped and getting further experience and have the capability to carry out military operations independently. They have proved that they can meet the demands of their people and make them hopeful for the future. While the armed oppositions are in complete disarray and shamefully continue their political life under notorious foreign agencies.

Mr. Karzai in his last interview touching on various dimensions of developments and the prospect of peace in the country precisely analyzed them
The Afghan president considered conducting dialogue and finally ensuring peace through negotiations as need, but insisted that any negations and dialogue with armed oppositions could not damage the national values and the achievements of the previous years.
While a number of political and civil society activists believe, in the framework of this program Taliban would return with their old believes and would create barriers on the way of civil society’s growth and would ignore the women’s rights as before.
Mr. Karzai responding to such opinions says, we follow peace and in our endeavors for ensuring peace together with America use a single method.
Taliban persistently send us message that they are ready to hold peace negotiations. They also have family and like other Afghans suffering from crisis prevailed in the country. How long they should hide in Pakistan and live in hideouts. Now, the situation has improved. May be there are people among Taliban who are the most hard – line one but the number of such hardliners is limited.  The majority of them can integrate in Afghan society with high culture and religious and national traditions.
President warns that the question is not that wither Taliban allow the schools be open or not. The fact is that the doors of schools would be open for ever and the people who try to prevent the activities of schools would be stopped, therefore, in this way we prevent them from exercising their old habits.

Meanwhile, in his interview with CNN,  Mr.Karzai  was optimistic about holding presidential poll in 1393 and good governance and considered stability in Afghanistan useful for the stability of the region. Pointing to the recent terrorist incidents in Pakistan which left 120 dead said, now I am confident that the decision makers in Pakistan come to believe that extremism can also affect Pakistan badly.
The president’s talks reflected widely in media and changed the negative opinions and made the people more hopeful for their future.
