Kabul (BNA) A workshop under the theme of awareness on assessment process of accomplishments was organized by the Human Resource Department at the ministry of information and culture attended by 29 heads of departments of the ministry.
To start with Nabi Farahi Deputy Minister Addressing the workshop and said that it is expected that in future administrative reforms is implemented in all the provinces and our people will find their way into posts through proving their qualifications.
Mohammad Eisa Khaterzai an official of HR department said that observing accountability is the basic aimed to carry civil services.
