Kabul (BNA) Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in a decree appointed Abdul Raheed Rashid as acting chief of Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. “Based on provision of 12th item and 64th article of Afghanistan constitution and for improvement of the country’s judicial affairs, the appointment of Abdul Rasheed Rashid is approved as chief of Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. I wish him further success towards serving to the country’s judicial affairs and maintaining of judicial justice,” the decree said.
