Kabul (BNA) Marshal Mohammad Qaseem Fahim First Vice President chaired the meeting of the law committee of the council of Ministers (CM) in which the draft charter of the information technology and communication, control of tobacco, along with regulations of teaching remuneration (wages) at the educational institutions of the Ministry of Education and the amendment of article 102 of the income taxes law were discussed.
To start with, Marshal Fahim said that considering the income tax law in the country much effort is needed so that the process of investments in the country is accelerated for economic progress is linked with it and this will also boost employment.
The meeting studied the draft of the laws presented by Justice Minister separately and it was decided that the draft laws should be referred for finalization to the council of ministers meeting.
