Kabul (BNA) The first-ever seminar on scoff was held in Kabul yesterday and opened with the message of minister for information and culture Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen.
In his message Dr. Raheen described scoff as part of literature, saying scoff dated back to the ancient Greek and in our language fortunately it is called “Tanz”.
The advisor to the ministry for information and culture, Jalal Nurani also spoke on the occasion, noting through Tanz or scoff which is appeared in the shape of cartoon, cinema and writing, the social problems are displayed.
Other participants in the seminar, including Professor Mohammad Hussain Yamin and Mohammad Hanif Sabiti also presented their articles about Tanz or scoff.
