Kabul (BNA) Sunbula ninth, the solidarity day of Pashtun and Baluch brethren was marked in Kabul Thursday.
According to a BNA report, in a function held on the same occasion in ministry of tribal affairs, deputy minister in political affairs of the ministry Abdul Malek Sediqi in his speech said that celebrating from the solidarity day with Pashtun and Baluch has historical background in Afghanistan and our countrymen celebrate this day every year.
Likewise, in this ceremony, one of tribal dignitaries of Shinwar Zarjan Shinwari, head of country-wide council of Baluch people Zulfeqar Baluch, people’s deputy at the house of people Nader Khan Katawazi, advisor at academy of science Habibullah Rafi, and people’s deputy at the house of people Mohammad Naim Layee Hamid Zai spoke in their turn about this day.
At the end of ceremony, a number of poets read out their poems around the solidarity day of Pashtun and Baluch brethren.
A number of cabinet members, members of national assembly, tribal dignitaries and influential figures were attended at this ceremony.
