Faizabad (BNA) thirteen militants were killed and seven others wounded in a 72 hours clashes with Afghan security forces in Jorm district of Badakhshan province.
Colonel Abdul Hai, care-takercommander of Jorm district said, in two separate clashe occurred the night before last between Afghan security forces and the Taliban in Jorm district, two national policemen were martyred and four others wounded.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Ishaq Tamkeen, commander of operation center of Badakhshan province said, the national army and national police were dispatched to Jorm district and now security safe-guarded in the district and the militants fled to the mountains.
