“Donors Without Considering Afghanistan’s Priorities Implemented Projects”: Osmani

Kabul (BNA) Addressing a press conference, Mohammad Yaseen Osmani, chairman of the independent committee for supervision and assessment of struggle against administrative corruption said the commission has undertaken a series of measures in the past six months with respect to struggle against administrative corruption and despite of some progress in this respect there is a need for further efforts and adopting necessary measures on this direction.
Responding a question, Osmani noted that around 18% to 20% assisted fund has been used through the Afghanistan’s budget and the rest has been used by the donors, without considering the needs and priorities of Afghan nation.
