President Karzai Meets Indian Investors, Traders

Kabul (BNA) President Karzai met with Indian investors and traders at his residence in New Delhi on his second visit to India.
At this meeting, the president talked about the good opportunities for investment in Afghanistan in the fields of telecommunications, health and agriculture.
The Indian investors while showing interest in investment in those sectors said that soon a delegation of Indian investors will visit Afghanistan to assess the investment possibilities in Afghanistan.
At this meeting Chandar  Bannerji general director of Indian industrial confederation, Rakish Baharti general director of the greatest Indian enterprise famous as Baharati functioning in tele-communications and food processing in 21 countries and Malwinder Muhan Singh executive chairman of health services (Fortess) were present.
According to another report, President Karzai also met in New Delhi with some Afghan Indians who informed the president about their problems.  They said that they are always remembering their country and want to return to Kabul, Khost, Kandahar and Jalalabad city and Charikar that they were previously residing and had their properties.
President Karzai while encouraging them to return home stressed that the government of Afghanistan would cooperate in recovering of their properties.
