Kabul (BNA) President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met NATO’s General Salvatore Farina, General Nicholson of Resolute Support (RS) mission and other officials of the said mission to Afghanistan here on Wednesday, the presidential press office said.
Both sides discussed Resolute support mission’s backing of Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF), overall security situation and Afghanistan’s four year security plans, the presidential office added.
Meanwhile, the president thanked NATO’s technical, financial and training support of the Afghan forces, with Resolute Support mission officials vowed to continue supporting of Afghanistan.
