Kabul (BNA) Fatiha Khawni or memorial service to pay homage for the late poet Abdul Wahid Rishta held here in a local mosque by the family members and the ministry of information and culture.
Attended among others cabinet members, poets and parliamentarians, the late Rishta was born 95 years ago in Badakhshan.
He had written some 45,000 poems.
