Kabul (BNA) The so-called deputy governor district of armed Taliban for Shindand district of Herat province arrested yesterday.
A police chief of Herat Said BNA, Afghan security forces carrying out an operation arrested Mullah Jelani one of the most notorious and outstanding individuals of armed Taliban and the so-called deputy governor district of armed Taliban for Shindand district.
Mullah Jelani had a major role in Kidnaping, terrorist attacks and armed robberies.
