Kabul (BNA) Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Salahuddin Rabbani met Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kabul Walter Hassman here the other day, a statement from the ministry said.
Both sides discussed the efforts of government of Afghanistan towards strengthening consensus and expanding regional relations and integration, the Peace Process, the recent Quadrilateral Coordinating Group’s meeting the next Kabul Process meeting, the new US Strategy for Afghanistan and South Asia and Maternal and Child Hospital construction project in Mazar-e-Sharif, which would funded by the Federal Republic of Germany. According to another report, MoFA’s deputy political affairs minister Hikmat Khalil Karzai in a meeting with Swedish Ambassador to Kabul discussed holding of the upcoming Kabul Process meeting, reconstruction process, implementation of the bilateral agreements, role of the quadrilateral coordinating group on peace process and the other issues on Afghanistan and the region.
