Kabul (BNA) To improve the affairs and prevent from plurality of administrations at presidential office department and establishment of a servant and accountable administration for people the following is approved:
1- Merger of presidential department office of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan at the formation of General Affairs Administration and Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
2- Appointment of Abdul Salam Rahimi as General President of the administration.
3- Attending of General President of Affairs’ Administration and Secretariat of Council of Ministers in all meetings of Council of Ministers as Secretary.
4- General President of Affairs’ Administration and secretariat of the council of ministers is tasked to establish the new formation of that administration that is created as a result of merging of presidential office department, as soon as possible along with its job description and appointees and offer it to presidential office of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
