Deputy Foreign Minister Meets Pakistani Ambassador

Kabul (BNA) Deputy foreign minister on political affairs Idrees Zaman met with Pakistani ambassador Nasrullah Khan on Tuesday, BNA reported.
Stressing on enhancing ties between the two countries, Mr. Zaman expressed government’s concerned on closing Pakistan’s airspace on Afghanistan’s flights, according to the agency.
Pakistan ambassador vowed that his country would soon decide about opening Pakistan’s airspace to Afghan flights, BNA added.
Furthermore, both sides also exchanged views on bolstering economic ties, solving transit and transport problems, joint fighting terrorism, two countries’ joint Ulama council, resuming 7th round of Afghanistan and Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity (APAPPS) and many other related issues.
