Kabul (BNA) A former minister, Dr. Anahita Ratibzad breathed his last due to protracted illness at the age of 80 in Germany the other day. Born in Kabul and studied nursing in Chicago in 1957, the late Dr. Ratibzad had served in different capacities including minister of education, public health and information and culture. She also served as lawmaker in 1965.
