Kabul (BNA) A congratulatory message has been dispatched on behalf of president Karzai addressed to the Prime Minister of Canada on the national day of that country.
The messages reads: “Please allow me to represent the people of Afghanistan and convey my sincerest felicitations on the first of July the national day of Canada to you and through you to the people of Canada.
The friendly Canada has been on our side in the struggle against terrorism and reconstruction of Afghanistan.
I am hopeful that the existing friendly relations between Afghanistan and Canada further consolidate in the light of mutual respect.
Availing of this opportunity I would like to renew my congratulations and wish you good health and prosperity of the people of your country.”
