Kabul (BNA) Chaired by the second vice-president, Sarwar Danesh, the committee on justice and judiciary approved program of national justice and judiciary reforms, saying the main aim of the national program was that the government of national unity would put reforms in justice and judiciary reforms at its work priorities, said BNA Sunday.
The main aim of the institution was to restore order and help the entire citizens to get access to equal rights and the program on justice and judiciary reforms has been said to be referred to the cabinet of the National Unity Government for approval, said the agency.
Some issues on the arrangement and management of the aircrafts and military helicopters as well as small airplanes related to the private internal and external companies has been discussed at the meeting, the agency added. Regulation of a legal draft was needed to be finally be referred to the joint committee of the ministries of justice, foreign, defense and national Security Council, said the agency.
Another drat law has been changed into rule to help how to collect the dead bodies of the battlefields and how to transfer and bury them, the agency said.
