Kabul (BNA) Under the direction of President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, complaints hearing hotline for the country’s citizens was activated at the Presidential Palace, a statement from Arg said the other day.
“In a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace, a center for hearing and registering citizens’ complaints to be evaluated through telephone was established following an order from the country’s president,” said the statement.
Dr. Faizullah Kaker, head of the High Office for President, speaking to the meeting participants said the establishment of the center was very important hear and address the people demand and monitor the government administrations activities, according to the statement.
The citizens can deal 5000 to secure 24-hour communications with the presidential institution and share their complaints, opinion and suggestions to be duly met and processed.
The way on how to follow and meet the complaints would be informed to the citizens, said the statement.
