Lashkargah (BNA) 37 armed Taliban were killed in air strikes conducted by NATO troops in Helmand province.
Omar Zwak spokesman for Helmand governor told BNA, the air raids carried out on strongholds of Taliban in Nadali and Garmsir districts.
The source added, in the attacks, 37 insurgents including a commander of them were killed.
He said, Mullah Janan a commander of them was killed with his five men in Cha Anjir region, Nadali district of the province.
Likewise these forces carried out their attacks on Safar region, Garmsir district of the province, in which 14 Taliban militants lost their lives.
In the attacks, numerous of ammunition were also destroyed.
