Kabul (BNA) At least fifteen people were injured following a grenade attack on a wedding party in northern Faryab province of Afghanistan.
According to local government officials, the incident took place late on Thursday night in Andkhoi district.
The district administrative chief Sultan Mohammad Sanjar, said several people had attended a wedding party when militants hurled a hand grenade. Sanjar further added that fifteen people were injured in the attack and were taken to the hospital for treatment. No group including the Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility behind the incident.
