Jalalabad City (BNA) Afghan security forces with discovering and neutralizing two rounds of mines succeeded to prevent from bloodiest blasts in eastern Nangarhar province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA correspondent, the mines had been planted by Taliban militants to cause casualties on innocent civilians in Pacheragam and Mohmand districts highways of the province.
No one has been arrested accused of the planting mines so far.
