Qana-e-Naw (BNA) Nine armed militants were killed in Badghis province.
Abdul Aziz Beg provincial head of Badghis told BNA correspondent, the militants were killed while they attacked on security checkpoints in Langar Sharif and Jawaleq regions of the province.
He added, four other insurgents have been injured in the raids.
Provincial council head of Badghis said that six security forces were also martyred and six others were wounded in the raids.
