GARDIZ CITY (BNA) At least 31 Taliban members were killed and several others were wounded during clashes with Afghan security forces in eastern Paktia province the night before last.
The conflicts took place, while Taliban fighters stormed on Machalgo water dam in Ahmadyar district of the province.
Press office of Paktia governor by sending a statement issued BNA, 31 anti-government militias including their several commanders were killed and dozens others were injured following the clashes.
The statement confirmed the martyrdom of 11 Afghan security forces and injuring of six others at the end of the conflicts.
