Kabul (BNA) The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan called on the Second Vice President Mohammad Karim Khalil in his office yesterday and handed over the invitation letter to Kyrgyz President for President Karzai and Second Vice President Khalili to attend the international expected to be held soon in that country.
Khalili, while thanking over receiving invitation said that participation of countries in the region paves the way for promoting regional and bilateral relations.
In the meeting, the Kyrgyz ambassador besides stressing for enhancing bilateral relations especially in the fields of trade, economy, academic and transport said both the countries enjoy capabilities to boost relations in different sectors.
Calling for enhancing boosting relations with the countries in the region especially Kyrgyzstan, Khalili said that the project KASA 1000 which transfer power from Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan via Afghanistan to Pakistan onward to India is an important project and also expansion of transit route from Kyrgyzstan is
