Kabul (BNA) As a result of heavy floods, the Highway of Faizabad-, Takhar and Faizabad-Bahark were blocked on traffic.
Abdul Raof Obaidi head of public work Dept. of Badakhshan province told BNA correspondent, as a result of heavy flash floods and rains, the highways of Faizabad-Takhar and Faizabad-Bahark were blocked on traffic and dozens of vehicles and trucks have been stopped on other side of the road.
As a result of these rainfall, the number of residential houses in the districts of Rahistan and Keshem has been destroyed, that exact figures are still unavailable.
