Mahmoodraqi (BNA) Security police of Kapisa province arrested a narcotic smuggler yesterday.
Head of Kapisa security directorate told BNA, the smuggler with 38 sacks of Heroin powder has been arrested while dealing by police forces in Nejrab district.
It is said that the arrested smuggler in his primary investigation confessed to his crime that he sells powder from long ago to addicts persons in that province.
