Kabul (BNA) Aricle1:
On the basis of urgent need, I sign the transfer of prisons and captivity homes from the organizational set up of justice ministry and its merging with the ministry of interior that has been reiterated the resolution (29) of 2/8/130 of the Council of Ministers, the amendment of some part of the law attached with this decree in accordance with the provision of article 7 of constitution.
Article 2:
The minister of justice and the minister of state for parliamentary affairs are instructed to refer this decree in 30 days time from first session of the National Assembly.
Article3:
The decree is enforced from the tie of its signature along with the resolution and amendments and it should be published in the official Gazette.
